    What makes this "BEGINNER FRIENDLY"?
    1. I used BASIC movements, that are not super complicated or hard
    2. the movements REPEAT, giving you a chance to get used to them
    3. a couple of BREAKS. The sequences are only between 2 or 4 minutes long.
    4. includes warm up exercises
    5. includes a cool down sequence in the end <3

    I was active army for a while and got used to exercise. Then got out in 2015 and got a bit lazy.
    Due to a couple of factors, I decided to start working out again. I'm a bit picky with some workouts. But I like how this one had no ads, it had music, and the timer to let me know when the next exercise was coming up.
    The first week or 2, I was only getting about halfway through the video. And stairs hurt lol. I got used to it tho and it's a good burn 🙂

    Been doing this one for two weeks every other day, and I LOVE it. Don't get me wrong. It's torture, especially the planks and the crunch with straight legs. I'm still trying to work up to doing the latter fully. And I am DRIPPING with sweat at the end.

    But my favourite thing about this workout is that I can listen to whatever music or audiobook I want, and I can totally still follow because you make it really clear what's coming next, how long we do everything, and how to do stuff. I love the simplicity of it. Thank you so much for this!
