    Help. Okay I just did this workout. Super tough. I've some questions. Can somebody pls answer?
    1.) Is it okay if I take breaks between 2 or three workouts including the one min breaks mentioned? Because I can't do everything at once
    2.) Is it fine if I give up 5-6 seconds before of every workout but then still finish it after taking 4-5 seconds break?
    3.) Will this workout be still effective if I do some moderation? For eg. Only side planks instead of side plank pull ups and half pushups?
    Is this fine or I should do some other workout which I can do wholly? Pls pls pls somebody reply
