    When I started I couldn't make it thru the first round, just about puked – I've been doing this 3-5 x per week for a month – now I am up to 15 reps per exercise on the first round and 12 reps on the 2nd round. Really enjoy this – now I do double rounds 3-5 x per week – thank you so much!!!
