    I turned 18 yesterday. And now i really want to lose some weight (also quarantine so why not ) !!
    I will keep updating my weight every week.
    07/06 Day 1 : i have done this workout a couple times before but NEVER completed it. I went through the entire workout today !!! Yess !!! I sweated a lot. All the exercises are kinda easy to perform. The cool down is very effective, so dont skip ! I just hope i am motivated for tomorrow

    I’m trying to lose 19kg so I’m going to do this everyday until I get to my goal like my comment and reply to keep me motivated pls? I won’t change my diet just eat less sugar and eat less snacks I will weigh myself once a month:)

    I had to stop for prolonged periods of time, but I got it done ??. I am in transition between another FB workout program and needed to fill in the days with some type of workout. I think I will do this on my off days when I cannot go out to walk a trail.

    Can I ask to someone that done this workout? Is your thighs getting slimmer cus I need my thighs to get slimmer is really big and I don’t feel confident. And is your hands getting smaller too?? And- does your body make a shape ⏳. and do you guys ever just eat unhealthy food but this cardio still works and make good result? heehee is quarantine soo I need a glowup!     it took a rough 37 min to burn at least 200 cals. it also took less than 1 min to eat 1-slice large-size pizza to gain about 270 cals.. Damn you pizza

    i started yesterday may current weight is 69kgs ,my goal weight is weigh down atleast 5 kgs. I stop whenever I need to catch my breath and continue again. I finished 10mins workout yesterday today until 14 mins. Wish me luck to have the energy to finish the whole routine. thanks! Keepsafe

    Guys what should i do if i can do all the moves but i feel tired easily? Like i don’t really have the energy to do it (btw i did this workout at 6 am and i woke up an hour earlier)

    I wish i could find a workout video where everything is done standing or at squat position. Where I dont have to leave my feet. I had major ankle reconstructive surgery and at 9 months i feel ok walking, but still cant quite jump much, not even for something as simple as jumping jacks but i alternate that to keep feet on ground and shuffle em as i do the arm motions. But having to go to pushup position or laying on my back. Nah no thank you. Its even hard to do forward lounges because my foot still doesnt have full motion and strength (who knows if it ever will). But for my 1st attempt, I lasted 20 minutes, completely out of shape since i havent worked out in over a year and a half.
