    Portion control is what works for me and no pasta that isn't made from chickpea flour and yes that exists and it's not as bad as you would think. I have to have a protein rich diet cause I had bariatric surgery and I get to count my pasta as a vegetable instead cause it is only chickpea flour nothing added but water

    The way I keep the weight off is,
    I do around 15 hours of highland dancing a week,
    I walk around a mile a day sometimes with my dog (its peaceful and fun)
    I just don't eat a lot, I don't know I'm just never that hungry

    Edit: I cannot drink water, it tastes really bad, so I switch to mostly fruity diluent juice 🙂

    People: it's very hard water fasting I think il stick with 3 apples 2 oranges 2.5 cups of crazy juice 35 pushups 32 sit ups and taking cold showers cuz that is easier then eating nothing but water
    Me: its easier to water fast cuz it's not complex all u have to do is not eat it's simple (I'm currently water fasting trying to be at 100lbs)
