    Renee, you are SO funny with it … "Face your stuff, don't stuff your face" … With Covid19 and confinement I' ve put 14 kilos on … Like you, I have several sizes clothes, thank God for that, nothing fits anymore… With all shops closed I can't find many food I like (I eat what there is left on the shop shelves, loads of fish, salads, thank God I don't have a sweet tooth 😉 and I still put weight on), nor clothes that fit, so am always wearing the same 3 outfits, when my cupboards are overflowing with clothes I love and hope to wear again one day…

    I distract myself with good movies, and art or nature documentaries, while worrying about my family and friends, (Covid spares no one), instead of painting or organising my writings, my main desire for several years …
    Am 74 in June and the last 4 years have been horrendous, I spare you the details but Covid19 is the last straw… I feel void, empty, useless … Over being depressed but PTSDed to death …
